Here are some recent sketches I've done on notation paper. I basically taught myself to read music the old fashioned way over the last couple of years and I'm using it to get a better sense of what makes my melodies sound good etc.
If you can read this, awesome! let me know how it looks/sounds on firsthand listen.
it's fun writing music on paper. Opens new ideas too huh? Though I'd could never fully ditch that as my primary method over the piano roll.
